Tooloulou started with an argument nobody won. A few of us were running a small online giveaway, drew a winner the lazy way, and immediately got accused — half-jokingly, but only half — of picking a friend. We had not. The problem was we had no way to prove it. That stuck. It turned out the moment a random choice touches other people, the tool you use stops being a toy and starts being a referee, and most of the "spin a wheel" gadgets online were built for fun, not for standing up to a skeptical crowd.

So we narrowed this site down to one job: fair, unbiased, provable random. Not the widest pile of novelty generators, but the specific set of tools a teacher, a streamer, a raffle host, or a team lead actually reaches for when the result has to hold up.
